I don't know if you ever dealt with the old Arrigo, my experience with the old Arrigo was that they were very reasonable and offered some extra incentives to their loyal customers above and beyond the usual Chysler incentives to keep returning customers happy. Morgan automotive group doesn't have the same philosophy as the old Arrigo had, it was totally a different way of dealing with loyal returning customers, I guess it may be due to the fact this was my first time dealing with Morgan, but extra care and incentives were missing, the sales person was very helpful, but the management in my opinion doesn't have the depth to look at all aspects of satisfying a customers buying experience so they will come back when ready to lease or purchase a new vehicle. The old adage "I love the car but don't like the dealer ", applies here for the Morgan automotive group More
No stars if possible. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Spoke to TWO SALES ASSOC. and both claimed to be able to help. Upon arrival they didn’t want to bother to even help, quote that was said to me by Arrigo, “yea the SALES ASSOC. and both claimed to be able to help. Upon arrival they didn’t want to bother to even help, quote that was said to me by Arrigo, “yea the people on the phone will say anything just to get you in”. After speaking to the manager I expressed how I waited for my representative for 30mins (who wasn’t even there) and how multiple employees LIED BLUNTLY to waste both our times. No one gave me the benefit of the doubt, offer to run credit report as a pitty gesture. Disgusting. Stay away from Arrigo Dodge. More
I called to confirm a truck was there twice with 2 different people. I even sent pics with the sku # and I was assured it was on the lot. Of course, I arrive and the sales guy looks it up and whoops w different people. I even sent pics with the sku # and I was assured it was on the lot. Of course, I arrive and the sales guy looks it up and whoops we sold it last night. "Can I show you something else?" Yeah, the way back to my car. Smh. I knew this dealer had a crap rating and they didn't disappoint. More
Came in to purchase this vehicle a week ago. Deal was held up a week because dealership being sold. After finally getting the deal complete I asked the salesperson if he could inflate the front tires to held up a week because dealership being sold. After finally getting the deal complete I asked the salesperson if he could inflate the front tires to the proper air pressure since they were 10 pounds to low. He told us that we would just have to drive to the nearest gas station and pump them up there ourselves. After spending that amount of money on a car they can't even make sure the tires are safe to drive off the lot. Finance advisor Mike was great to work with. Very informative. More
Amazing Service,A special thanks, to John Marrero [ Amazing Service, A special thanks, to John Marrero [ service advisor] and Robert Corman [service manager]. I purchased my 2020 challenger from Amazing Service, A special thanks, to John Marrero [ service advisor] and Robert Corman [service manager]. I purchased my 2020 challenger from University Dodge [you can read my review of their terrible treatment of me on dealer rater also] in late May. There were several issues with the car that I expected them to repair as this was a new car and shouldn't have had the issues it did. Long story short university dodge, basically refused to acknowledge or do most of the repairs. After almost 2 months of getting the run around, I contacted Dodge corporate. On the same day I called Arrigo Dodge to speak to the service manager [Robert Corman] to see if they could possibly help me with some of the issues. Robert said he'd be happy to look at the car and see what he could do,so I made an appointment to meet with him. When I showed up for the appointment He promptly had the car put on a lift and took me into the service bay and we went over the issues I had with the car. He said some of the work could be done under warranty, but the other issues could be problematic do to the fact that they weren't the selling dealer. He introduced me to John Marrero and said he would handle things for me from this point on.I had at this point been contacted by Dodge corporate, who had agreed to pay Arrigo for the extra work. After a little back and forth Arrigo and Dodge worked out fixing the car. This is going to be a garage kept, weekend car. I was concerned about the repairs causing more damage than it fixed. I expressed my concern to John, who said they'll take good care of my car. John called me saying they had the parts to fix the car and asked when i want to drop it off, saying they would need the car for a few days. I dropped the car off on Tuesday, John called Thursday afternoon and said the car was ready. I picked the car up on Friday morning, John took me out to the car and went over everything that was done. I looked the car over, everything looked great.. I asked that the car not be detailed after the repair[ i was concerned about scratches in the paint]John said they didn't detail it as requested, John told me if there's any problems let him know. All the repairs done were done perfectly, I highly recommend Arrigo Dodge. I can't say thank you enough to John, Robert ,the guys that worked on my car and Arrigo Dodge. They were happy to fix what the other dealer stuck me with, and had no obligation to. Arrigo Dodge is lucky to have People Like John and Robert working for them. I will forever be a customer and tell everyone I know that Arrigo Dodge is the dealership to go to. Thank you all again, Keith Timmerman More
Went to buy a car and had the worst experience I’ve ever had. A couple weeks ago i called the dealer to make sure they had a vehicle I had seen online. Fortunately it was still there. I make the drive from had. A couple weeks ago i called the dealer to make sure they had a vehicle I had seen online. Fortunately it was still there. I make the drive from Miami and when i show up thankfully they hadn’t sold it. The very nice salesman Jonnathan helped me and told me the car was still not sold. We take the car for a test drive and decide to buy it. My father and I. He takes the buyers order from the vehicles windshield as thats what you to purchase a vehicle and has the keys. We get started on the paper work and after a while comes to us saying his manager had already sold the car. I asked him how that possible since we were already buying it and we had the buyers order and keys on the table and the car was clearly not sold when we got there. The manager jerry Montana then comes to talk to us on a power trip and says “I if you want to look around the lot and buy a car you could but the car is sold. I try and ask him how its possible that its sold and he just cut me of in a very rude manner and says its sold and if we don’t like it leave and walked away. I was extremely disappointed in the leadership at this dealer as that’s something I expected from a small dealer and not a arrigo that’s supposedly a good dealer. He never apologized for the mix up or showed any empathy. I was never able to talk to anyone else about the matter as they were just trying to brush the issue under the rug. I highly recommend that no one buy anything from this dealer as this is a typical bait and switch situation and its malpractice. And the so called jerry Montana which to me is a made up name was the most disrespectful person ever. I honestly think this might have been a race matter and will proceed yo follow up with the better business bureau about this matter. He became very aggressive when he noticed we were hispanic. More
I took my jeep to arrigo for possible warranty work. They told me that there was a fee of $130 to diagnose the problem if it ended up not being a warranty issue. I told them to go ahead. They called and said told me that there was a fee of $130 to diagnose the problem if it ended up not being a warranty issue. I told them to go ahead. They called and said that they would have to do a total tear down of the transmission to do the diagnosis due to one of the errors.....4 hours @ $170/hr if not a warranted repair. I reluctantly agreed. A few days later I get a call that they didn't have to do the teardown because additional errors came up showing I needed transmission control module, speed sensor, etc and it wasnt covered under the powertrain warranty and would cost upwards of $3000. I told them to hold off. I looked up the powertrain warranty and found that the parts mentioned were indeed covered under the warranty and sent a text with a screenshot of the warranty page. They call me a little later (about an hour or more after I sent them the screenshot) to tell me that they found that most of the things were covered under warranty except for the thermostat and that would cost upwards of $400. I looked up the normal cost of this repair online and it was $130-$149, including parts and labor. I looked up the thermostat online and found I could purchase it for under $30. It seems this service provider is looking to gouge their customers however they can. More
