We just purchased our new Grand Cherokee Limited and we could not be happier. Starting with how we were greeted at the door to the attention we received from everyone as we waited for our salesman. Now we’ve purchased many different cars over the years and we have a good basis of comparison when it comes to salespeople in car dealerships. SCOTT Rice had been recommended to us by our son who has purchased a couple of vehicles from Arrigo. Right from the start, Scott showed us just how incredibly professional and knowledgeable he is. He was generous with his time and broad expertise and now that we’ve picked our new car up we realized how fortunate we were to have had the opportunity to work with SCOTT. We also would like to offer kudos to Kevin who is the finance manager. Unlike most managers in his area of car buying, he was professional, credible and thoroughly respectful of the business aspect of this part. Poor communication and poorly ran service department We had a car dropped off on a Thursday and it took them 5 days to get back to me telling me I need a transmission overhaul. I decided to get the work We had a car dropped off on a Thursday and it took them 5 days to get back to me telling me I need a transmission overhaul. I decided to get the work done elsewhere and we sent a tow truck to pick it up. Twice. The dealer held the car and did not attempt to contact us and refused to release the car to AAA. On two different occasions when I contacted this dealer it rang over 20 times and when someone finally answered I would introduce myself and the line would go dead. I have not yet got this situation rectified but am currently furious. More
Great customer service. The sales man was very friendly and tried his best to match our needs. He mentioned that he was new and was very patient with us going back and worth between 2 vehicles. Returned to purchase 5th vehicle We returned to purchase our 5th Ram and the sales rep from our last purchase was assigned to us, Russ Wernisch. Needless to say, he was NOT enthused t We returned to purchase our 5th Ram and the sales rep from our last purchase was assigned to us, Russ Wernisch. Needless to say, he was NOT enthused that we already had approved financing through the Navy Federal Credit Union. In fact, Russ said that he could not offer any "return customer" incentives because we are not using their financing. Russ never called or emailed us to follow-up, we called him and left a message, again with no return call. Called a 3rd time, the call was transferred to him and as soon as my husband stated who he was, Russ said "I'm with a customer, I will need to call you back". That was 7 days ago and still no call. Even sent an email to their corporate office on 1/2/20 and no response as of today. Maybe this dealership doesn't like dealing with present or ex military who has their own financing through Navy Federal. Can't really think of any other reason a dealer would not want to sell a vehicle to a customer that has been loyal. Extremely disappointed. More

Horrible experience with the service department, and not because of the people but becaus Delray will be the only reason I return to this dealership. Horrible experience with the service department, and not because of the people but because there is not enough people to handle the volume and provide quality customer service. After many attempts at reaching someone in service, I called new car sales and that when Michel saved the day. Didn’t hesitate to listen and make things right. He stayed in touch with me every step of the way until there was a plan to fix the issue and until the problem was solved . Thanks to him, I may consider returning to this dealership. More
Broken Privacy Policy I went with my room mate who was purchasing a vehicle at Arrigo. While she was picking up her vehicle i decided to test drive a vehicle and try to be I went with my room mate who was purchasing a vehicle at Arrigo. While she was picking up her vehicle i decided to test drive a vehicle and try to be financed. Yes my room mate was with me during this since she was my ride home. But she had nothing to do with any of my application or car buying stuff. The sales rep told be since it was almost 9pm that it would be best to contact the bank in the morning and they would call me with my decision. WELL today came and I was at work with no missed called, no emails, no text nothing from Arrigo. My room mate text me at 1:19 PM telling me the sales rep called her and esplanade every thing to her about my deal and that I was not approved. That is a privacy issue. Just because she is my room mate she had NOTHING to do with my financing or my business and they did not have permission to contact her about it. Her information was NO WHERE on any of MY forms. To top it off I reached out to have a manager contact me and as of 3:22 today I still have not herd from anyone about this Invasion of privacy. More
