Slow, slow, slow Couldn't get the google link to work. When I clicked on use Google and then sign-in, the app just kept returning me to the sign in page. I would hit sign in again and again back to sign in. Ironic because this is how my entire visit to Arrigo Jeep went. Would never return again. I stopped by on a Wed and told them I was trying to get a key made for the 2005 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited but the obd2 connector was broken. George said he had never heard of those breaking. Well mine did. Probably because of were it is located, it is about were your left knee goes when driving. The a/c was also not working. He advised that I stay until they confirm what is wrong. After waiting 3 hours I texted George for an update per his request to text if I had any questions while I was waiting. After an hour and no response, I walked over to George's desk. He was there and I asked for an update. He looked at me like he didn't know who I was. I gave my name, then he asked what.i was driving. George, it's only been 4 hours and you forgot? Anyway, he said he would go check and get back to me. About 20 minutes later, get returns and tells me the Obd connector was broken. I told you that almost 5 hrs ago. He said he wrote vin# down wrong so they got the wrong part to fix but the correct part was coming from Orlando. They hadn't even looked at ac yet. So 5 hrs to determine what I told George was wrong when I arrived. UGH So George brought me to cashier and told the woman I needed shuttle ride home. She called the person and he said 20 minutes. So off I went to ladies room, then came back out and waited. Nothing. I asked the guy next to me if he was waiting for a ride, he said no but he said a man walked thru and asked for a Susan. That's me. Where is he? The man said he just kept walking thru the room and out the door and took off. Didn't even look for me. OMG. Now we are pushing 6 hours. Went back to cashier and she called him and he was indeed.gone. The cashier ordered me an Uber and I got home 7 hours after my appointment started. George had said he would call later and let me know about ac, once they analyzed it and run dye thru.it. Surprise, I never heard from him. At 11am the next day I called and asked about it and he said it was all fixed. There were two leaks. So I asked when I could come get my Jeep. He said soon, they just had to make another key. I had just bought this Jeep and it came with only one key. So at 3pm I still hadn't heard from George so I called yet again. He said he had called me. I had no message or any record that he.called. He must have called someone else. I'm like it's been 4 hours, what's up? Again, George said he would go check and get back to me. I was nervous now because it had started raining out and there was no top on it in the back. Just a Bimini. He said not to worry, they were keeping it inside. I told him I would be there at 4:30 and it had better be ready. Arrived at 4:30 and it was done. Paid for it and picked it up. To my surprise, not, the carpet and seats were all wet. It wasn't inside, it was soaked. I'm still drying it out, 2 days later. Not very happy. I would never return to this dealership again, I would never use George again he is frustratingly slow. I would never recommend Arrigo to a friend. What a frustrating experience. More

Terrible Service Department My girlfriend brought her car in for tire rotation which was completed HOWEVER they forgot to tighten the lug nuts on any of the four tires and the fr My girlfriend brought her car in for tire rotation which was completed HOWEVER they forgot to tighten the lug nuts on any of the four tires and the front tire literally fell off as she was driving. I know they were not tightened as I had the tow truck driver check all four tires. Luckily, it happened as she turned onto a street so she was not injured but she could have died if she was driving at 60 MPH which she was just one minute earlier. VERY NEGLIGENT on the part of the dealership. Word of advice use another Jeep Dealer or make sure you check the lug nuts. More

The sales person confirmed it and even late we decided to visit the dealership. We discussed at least 3 vehicles with the sales person, test drove one. The numbers discussed was all with the $10k discount. Never during this process did he mention that there was several conditions to get it not was it clear on their website. Long story short I wasted couple of hours of my family’s time. top it off I wasn’t even financing the vehicle More
