After visiting two dealerships, I went to Arrigo Dodge Chrysler Jeep in West Palm Beach. I worked with Stefan Dyzenhaus, a sales associate. He made the entire process a pleasure. I purchased a Cherokee a Chrysler Jeep in West Palm Beach. I worked with Stefan Dyzenhaus, a sales associate. He made the entire process a pleasure. I purchased a Cherokee and am very pleased with the car and the service. I recommended Arrigo to a friend of mine, and told him that he should ask for Stefan Dyzenhaus. He leased a car and thanked me for recommending Stefan. No hassle, nice guy, simple process. More
My third attempt as a first time Arrigo customer failed miserably. The first time I called the Arrigo service department they answered 'Hi, this is McDonalds' and laughed on the phone at their joke. On miserably. The first time I called the Arrigo service department they answered 'Hi, this is McDonalds' and laughed on the phone at their joke. Once past that confusing response I was routed to the parts department that wasn't answered and I hung up. I determined I would call and make an appointment to the Service department instead. The second time I arrived at Arrigo I was told they had to cancel the appointment because the technician had a family emergency. Which I understand, however a phone call would have been nice to keep me from driving 20 miles, a waste of time. I called back the next week and set new appointment for today and George was again my service rep. I told him I had a check engine light and needed someone to look at it. George said that he would charge me $170 to look at it and that charge would be applied to whatever repair was needed. He said they were busy and it would take two hours to take a look at it. I arrived at 830am for my appointment and I waited. At 1119AM I was texted a video from Anthony, the mechanic, and he said that the ESIM (Evaporation Sensor Integration Module) needed to be replaced and that everything else was fine. I texted back asking for a quote and ETA and received nothing back in reply. While waiting I looked up 3 videos on Youtube and saw that and ESIM took roughly 20 minutes to replace the part and also found the part at Advance Auto parts for ~$50. So I figured it would be a few hundred dollars for the fix. At 1230PM I still didn't hear back from George so I approached him and he asked me how I liked the video which was an odd question. I said I saw it and wanted to know what repair costs and when could it be fixed. He said that he didn't get a quote from Anthony, the mechanic, and he needed to go get it. When George returned he told me that the repair would be $550 and it would be an hour! I didn't think the price was reasonable based on what I learned was needed. He showed me parts at $125 and said that I had to be charged a two-hour minimum of shop labor which meant, from my math, that Arrigo charged a minimum $400 for all vehicle repairs. Also, having me wait till 2PM since I was there since 830AM was also unacceptable. Six hours for a 20 minute job. Really?!?! I asked for my truck back and told George I was very angry and frustrated and that I would not wait any longer. He got my truck back and reduced the charge of $170 to $140, which IMHO was just pouring salt in the wound of a terrible customer experience at Arrigo. In essence, I paid Arrigo to waste my time today. That's why I don't recommend Arrigo. More

The new Arrigo is now owned by the Morgan automotive group. I don't know if you ever dealt with the old Arrigo, my experience with the old Arrigo was that they were very reasonable and offered some extr group. I don't know if you ever dealt with the old Arrigo, my experience with the old Arrigo was that they were very reasonable and offered some extra incentives to their loyal customers above and beyond the usual Chysler incentives to keep returning customers happy. Morgan automotive group doesn't have the same philosophy as the old Arrigo had, it was totally a different way of dealing with loyal returning customers, I guess it may be due to the fact this was my first time dealing with Morgan, but extra care and incentives were missing, the sales person was very helpful, but the management in my opinion doesn't have the depth to look at all aspects of satisfying a customers buying experience so they will come back when ready to lease or purchase a new vehicle. The old adage "I love the car but don't like the dealer ", applies here for the Morgan automotive group More
No stars if possible. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Spoke to TWO SALES ASSOC. and both claimed to be able to help. Upon arrival they didn’t want to bother to even help, quote that was said to me by Arrigo, “yea the SALES ASSOC. and both claimed to be able to help. Upon arrival they didn’t want to bother to even help, quote that was said to me by Arrigo, “yea the people on the phone will say anything just to get you in”. After speaking to the manager I expressed how I waited for my representative for 30mins (who wasn’t even there) and how multiple employees LIED BLUNTLY to waste both our times. No one gave me the benefit of the doubt, offer to run credit report as a pitty gesture. Disgusting. Stay away from Arrigo Dodge. More
