The WORST customer service! I had Purchased a prepaid oils change service package. I went for an oil change and I was told it would be better to come back on a “less busy” day. I I had Purchased a prepaid oils change service package. I went for an oil change and I was told it would be better to come back on a “less busy” day. I went back today, they made me wait 2 hours 15 min! After the first 1 hour 15 min, a girl comes to tell me :” we have a lot of cars to service, would you like to wait or come back another day?” !!! Long story short, one hour later, everyone who came during that time frame had left, and I am still waiting! And I have a video to prove it. When I complained, I was told :” if you don’t like it here, go service your car somewhere else” !!! My husband and I have two NEW Dodge cars! From Arrigo Dodge specifically, we just bought a New limited edition truck with all the bells and whistles, 3 months ago !and the customer service associate just told me to go somewhere else! After I waited over 2 hours for a miserable oil change! The worst is : this is NOT THE FIRST TIME this happens! This dealer just has the very worst customer service! More

Horrible Service! This absolutely WORST service ever, went and had my 2016 Jeep renegade serviced, had a miserable service representative name of Pasquale, I made it v This absolutely WORST service ever, went and had my 2016 Jeep renegade serviced, had a miserable service representative name of Pasquale, I made it very clear my car is over heating and the Reservoir was leaking. He had no personality and should NOT be in that position. Car stayed for two days, i got it back drive 15 mins and car is burning hot. I called him 7 times and no phone call back as well as Service manager. They are a terrible place to be at. DO NOT GO. My car is still Not fixed yet More
