Not only is she very well versed in product knowledge, but also someone who was timely in returning answers to the questions I had along the way. Im not sure if she could have made this process any easier, and i appreciate that! I was in a time crunch and she was very accommodating each time. But what brought me to Arrigo was Nelson.
