Everything was great up to and including sale and delivery. After we left I was a little disappointed to see that the car had not been gassed, requiring an unexpected stop to fill up, still not a big deal just not what had been agreed. Later that evening the service engine light came on. Checked gas cap no issue noted. contacted Ashley and was told Arrigo could not service the car don't bring it back. When I reminded her about the extended warranty discussion stating that the car could be returned there for repairs and zero deductible she said Arrigo was not equipped for any service on vehicles outside of the types they sell regularly. She said she didn't break the car so that's all she could do. Paid cash for a 2016 vehicle with a factory warranty and was told too bad so sorry have a good day! Never again will I purchase from Arrigo. More

They made me come to the dealership with my trade in, title and checkboo Went to buy a vehicle and all the salesman and manager would do is try to BS. They made me come to the dealership with my trade in, title and checkbook - which I did! They play games with pricing and fees and their goal is to get top dollar in lieu of giving a fair price. I made an offer and even increased it an extra $1,000. They ended up selling it despite me constantly communicating with them. They do not care about loyalty - just make a high sale. All they keep saying is that it’s a great vehicle and they sell 600 cars a month - what does that really mean to a consumer when they are overcharging to begin with? I despise when the salesman and manager go back and forth pretending to try to make a deal - I have friends in car sales and they tell me that when they do this, it is 100% BS. I reached out to the 2 owners (James and John) and let them know how disappointed I am - no response back as of yet - what a surprise. At this time, I will never purchase a vehicle from Arrigo Dodge in West Palm Beach - this is my warning to all perspective buyers. I’ll repost in the event they correct their poor treatment of me. I was at express service line at 7:00 am one hour prior to garage The worst experience I ever had . Three hours for an oil change and tire rotation . I was at express service line at 7:00 am one hour prior to garage opening . I was the second person in line my wife was the first person in line to do the same service . She was in and out in 45 min. It took them three hours to do the same work to my brand new Jeep Wrangler . They lost the paper work , could not locate vehicle . When I spoke to the top service manager . He was eating food on the floor an in a long conversation with one of the female employees not doing anything. Sean Edward cascone boss was useless as all he did was shrug his shoulders without an apology. I had to have someone else locate my vehicle and pulled off the lift . I was forced to sign paperwork for service that was never done . After being a loyal coustomer for 17 years I will never buy another vehicle from arrigo dodge again . My name is Mr . Marrugo . Arrigo will not pay for damage after failed ABS brake update Complaint: I responded to a recall notice (S91) ABS brake light indicator light malfunction. I was advised that this is done as a software update Complaint: I responded to a recall notice (S91) ABS brake light indicator light malfunction. I was advised that this is done as a software update to the computer on my Sprinter motor home. The work was done by Arrigo Dodge. No one mentioned to me that this update may damage the motor home. However, the next time I used the motor home, the ABS system failed (while evacuating Hurricane Irma) thus causing the motor home to get stuck in 2nd gear with no ABS Brakes. The motor home had to be repaired by another dealer and a second repair shop, since the dealer did not have the parts needed. The total bill for parts and labor was $5,054.26. The grand total was $7678.49 after all other expenses. At this time, the motor home does not have a working ABS brake system which is a safety issue. The repair people advised me that if I put the updated software into the new computer, there is a 1 in 3 chance it would blow out the computer again. The mechanic stated, in writing, that the repair was directly caused by update. I believe Arrigo Dodge should have known that in my model of sprinter the update could damage the system. After speaking to John Arrigo and advising him of problem, Mr Arrigo denied any responsibility for the problem. He refused to correct the problem or make good. Mr Arrigo stated he did not write the faulty software and therefore is not responsible. This attitude presents as unprofessional and is a serious safety danger for customers as well as the public. Take it somewhere else!! Took wife's Town and Country in bc our mechanic thought the motherboard might be going out. Tried to sell us brakes and rotors (no warping and pads we Took wife's Town and Country in bc our mechanic thought the motherboard might be going out. Tried to sell us brakes and rotors (no warping and pads were in great shape), charged $175 to plug in a wire that had come loose, said they fixed the AC blower unit (stopped working 2 days later). All in all $4000, and in essence all they did was replace a window motor. I fixed the blower unit with new parts and 2hrs for $100. More
