No reason to go to Arrigo 2 days before Thanksgiving I called and spoke to Russ. Told him I was interested in a 2017 Grand Cherokee Summit. White outside Sienna Dark brown in. 2 days before Thanksgiving I called and spoke to Russ. Told him I was interested in a 2017 Grand Cherokee Summit. White outside Sienna Dark brown in. He was very nice and said I will get back to you later. Later that evening he called and said he found the car I was looking for but in Ivory Pearl. He was leaving the next day for Thanksgiving holiday and I told him I would check it out and get back to him when he returns. On Monday I called and left message. He texted me 30 minutes later and said give me 30 minutes or so and I will get back to you. 4 hours later he called and said how could I help you? I said I made my decision and said I will take the Jeep with the Ivory Pearl color. I refreshed his memory and he said ok I have right here for me to hold. He came back and said his manager gave it to him and he was out of the office and he would call me the next day by 11:00 am at the latest. The following day. No call in the morning and No call in the afternoon . I then texted him at about 5:00 and said weren't you suppose to call me in the morning? No reply. Not that day and Not any day. I called Jeep that evening and filed a complaint. The next day the business manager called and asked me to come in and speak with them. I came in and spoke with him briefly and then he gave me to another sales rep names Adrian Martinez. Very nice kid. He sat down with me and listen to my story. After he said I am surprised your still pursuing a jeep but he said he would do his best. To make a long story short after looking at a few trucks on the lot we went inside and he took my keys to get an estimate. Thirty minutes later his manager came in and said we have a new 2016 up in Ft. Pierce we could do for 49,000 and change and that we could give you 6800.00 for you car that just got appraised at Car Max (certificate in hand) for 8,000.00. I asked him where is the 2017 that I was quoted from Russ for 48124.00? Then he played dumb. Oh I don't know where he got it maybe it was an end of the month special blah blah blah?Did he even consider speaking with Russ??? Then he said what if I come in at 48,600 approx and give you 7500.00 for your car? So I agreed. Came back 10 minutes later and said we can't do it. So basically that is how they do business. NO ONE THERE IS ACCOUNTABLE for what they do or how they do it. Would never ever step into that dealership again or ever recommend that dealership to anybody.. A few days later I received an amazing deal on an equivalent car and they gave me 8300.00 for my car and said we want your car. That it is a rarity when a car like yours walks in the door in such great shape. The thief's at Arrigo wanted to give me 6800.00. So next time you see Jim and John on top of a building saying you "Gotta go Arrigo" you better think twice. More

Yet again - horrible service Called the parts department for two simple part numbers. I was put on hold three times before someone actually tried to assist me. I told him up front that I wanted the OEM part numbers so I can look them up myself and order them cheaper. He gave me two part numbers, NEITHER of which were correct when I searched on the internet. Deliberate??? You decide. When I called back he told me I can't look up OEM part numbers on the internet. I called a competitor, got someone on the phone immediately, got the two numbers, plus prices that were considerably lower than Arrigo. And - I was able to verify that the prices were fair because I was able to look them up on the internet. Guess where I'm going!! So tired of you guys screwing people around! More
