Amazing fast sales team Me and my wife went in after I got off of work. She was in a hurry because she had work that evening. We knew exactly what car we wanted and it was Me and my wife went in after I got off of work. She was in a hurry because she had work that evening. We knew exactly what car we wanted and it was brought to the front as fast as they could bring it up. Had a fast test drive after my wife was blown away by the van itself. (2014 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT 30th Ann. Edition). Vehicle ran like a dream and the price was amazing. My salesman went threw the whole process as fast as he could, of course listening to all of our concerns and our situation. Finance manager called the lender himself due to our not beautiful credit to seal the deal. We had our fussy toddler with us so in finance we got the important info and decisions and info up front, followed by the stack of paperwork handled as fast as he could print it. Tag transfered insurance updated and out the door with a raincheck for gas and detail in far under three hours . Amazing will definitely return . More

I feel disvalued and lied to by Arrigo DCJ Found a beautiful MINI convertible on line at Arrigo. Spoke to the sales person (Russ Wernisch) who told me the car was "perfect." After 2 days of tr Found a beautiful MINI convertible on line at Arrigo. Spoke to the sales person (Russ Wernisch) who told me the car was "perfect." After 2 days of travel, I got to the dealership and started the car, and the check engine light came on. After being told Arrigo's technicians had looked at the car, I did not trust them to recheck, so I insisted a real MINI dealer inspect the car Braman Motorcars). They found a "gushing oil leak" and another leak totaling $2,000 in issues. At first, the sales person called the MINI technician a "liar." After I requested the dealer make things right by paying for the repairs before I bought the car. They refused, and at first, they did not want to reimburse me for my expenses to get this "perfect" car. Anyway, Arrigo finally looked at the car and realized the inspector/mechanic did a half-cocked job at inspection this "perfect" car and the car was far from perfect. In fact, the car had been "run hot" in the past; therefore, the car "had issues" and Arrigo couldn't sell it to me. Now, I'm about to embark on a 9-hour road trip back home with the "perfect" car. More
