I filled out the finance app online with another location and was preappr THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was looking to trade in my car and get a JEEP. I filled out the finance app online with another location and was preapproved. I was then referred by a co-worker to the Palm Beach Arrigo location and to request Scott Rice. I spoke to Scott about what I was looking for and my price range prior to making an appointment. I went in on Friday (last week) and met with Scott to get a quote on my trade. Initially, Scott was very nice, not pressuring me into a car I couldn't afford, and seemingly listening to my needs and price range. We spoke for a few hours about my options. Once I decided on a car I wanted to try to get financing for, I was told the finance department was closed and would need to have the application submitted the next day to the banks (Saturday). I left without a car and was informed that he would contact me the next day about the financing (that I was supposedly "pre-approved" for). On Saturday, I was told that the banks hadn't responded and I would need to wait until Monday. On Monday, I contacted Scott to see what the status was with the bank and never got a response. Tuesday came and went with still no response. On Wednesday, I contacted Arrigo Palm Beach directly to find out the status of my application and was told by the Manager, Mike, that they still didn't have an answer from the banks. I informed Mike that I was contacted by another Arrigo location who told me I was approved and wanted me to go to their location to get the car. Mike told me he would "look into this" and that Scott would contact me to follow up about the approval within the hour. 20 minutes after this call with the manager (and 3 business days later), I start getting notifications from my credit report company that banks are now pulling my credit report. Convenient. I still hear nothing from anyone at Arrigo Palm Beach. Thursday comes and goes, still no response. Today, a full week later, I again contact the Arrigo Palm Beach dealership to find out the status of the application, am put on hold by the receptionist and am told that Scott is with a client but "will call me back". I inform the receptionist that I have been waiting a full week for a response and she assures me that he will contact me. I never got a response. I was under the impression that car dealerships wanted to sell cars. Apparently that's not the case with Arrigo Palm Beach. Even if you're not approved, someone should have the decency to contact you to tell you that so you're not wasting your time (even when you're "pre-approved"). Since no banks even bothered to pull my credit report until 3 days later and after I called, I'm sure that someone at Arrigo Palm Beach dropped the ball and never bothered to submit my application. That would have been nice to know before I wasted a week of my time. I have never dealt with worse customer service in my life. Do yourself a favor, don't bother with Arrigo Palm Beach. They apparently are too busy to deal with actual customers or to bother following up with them More
Worse service I went there for service on my car anf it was my airbag light that was on it and they diagnose it and the problem is if i get in a car accident my air I went there for service on my car anf it was my airbag light that was on it and they diagnose it and the problem is if i get in a car accident my airbag won't deployed i did some research find out the airbag had being on recall to be fix and they wanted to charge me $700 to fix it and they made me pay for the diagnosis they did which i believe it should be fix it not my problems that Dodge's manufacture faulty put a part that can cause death my experience was horrible. Bought a brand new fully loaded 2016 Dodge Durango from Arrigo back in mid June. Took the vehicle in today for an oil change, tire rotation, and an exhaust problem. Oil change was complimentary, and the tire rotation you have to pay for ($24.95), which I don't mind and gladly paid! After coming back to me about the exhaust and part they ordered, I went to pay bill for the tire rotation and noticed a $2.50 misc. materials charge on top of the price for the rotation! I question the cashier simply looked at me like I was speaking another language other then English! I paid the bill, and went to talk to the "Director of Service", that's funny some director he is considering he needs to take a class and lesson in customer service and business ethics! He refused to credit me the $2.50 and in reality it has nothing to do with the money, it's simply the principle! I could care less about $2.50, and anyone who knows me would know that petty amounts of money like that don't bother me, again it's the principle! If you're charging $24.95 for a tire rotation, and you used no "misc. materials" or "shop supplies", then why charge someone for it?!?I am in the service industry for HVAC, and I simply asked the "Director of Service" how would he feel if I charged him a fuel surcharge to drive to his house to fix his HVAC problem, and his response is "he would gladly pay it", and my response is "of course you'd say that" to mock my valid argument! Customers who go there simply don't want to pay an additional $2.50 on top of their repairs you are already overpricing them for! I mean really...I just spent a little over $30K on a brand new full loaded Durango, and I'm receiving service from this place like that. Ridiculous! Again it's nothing about the money, straight principle! Been around business, and business ethics my whole life, and I would NEVER do that I a customer or treat a customer that way. HIGHLY DOUBT I will go back considering I have 3 more free oil changes from them. More

But let me tell you the service adviser will tell you to give all 9's on his survey so he gets his bonus and if you don't the next time you go in they will call you out in front of other customers and who ever is there total disrespect people would not mind doing the survey if they did there job and did it right the first time. Now that he's gone from the dealership I was apprehensive about using Arrigo for a new vehicle purchase. Luckily, I dealt with Russ Wernisch who made this buying experience even better than my previous purchases. Russ was both attentive and professional in understanding my needs and trying to match those needs with what Ram had to offer. Although I'm hesitant to say I got a great deal (cause you never really know} I can certainly say that I was treated very well throughout this event by Russ and he should be commended for making me feel comfortable and assured that I would be given personal attention. I would/will recommend Russ to friends and family for future vehicle purchases. More
191$ rotate and balance!! This service dept is horrible,we made an appointment to have an electrical issue with the drivers side window addressed,and have a rotate and balance. We were charged for a door disassembly,that never happened,told we needed other stuff,total bullcrap.ended up getting charged 191$ for a rotate and balance.ummmm,that's a bit too much for a rotate and balance.also,this dealor wants to charge me two times the amount the parts for the window mechanism actually costs.stupid way to treat a customer,and we will never return.ill burn both my trucks to the ground before I take one of them back to that service dept!! Didnt even do the rotation correctly!! More

He is this small iranian guy but have a BIG heart. You wont miss him there he is the only guy to deal with. He is not your typical car sales man. HE gave us a tour like no other. He was patient and very understanding of our needs. The sales process was not just technical but personal. I highly recommend this dealership but most specially my sales agent Shawn. More
wheel ripped off on highway after being serviced that morn WARNING IF YOU PLAN ON GETTING YOUR VEHICLE REPAIRED AT ARRIGO: I just took my jeep to Arrigo on friday as my ABS warning light was on as i had a week WARNING IF YOU PLAN ON GETTING YOUR VEHICLE REPAIRED AT ARRIGO: I just took my jeep to Arrigo on friday as my ABS warning light was on as i had a weekend trip planned. They replaced the wire and there was still an error so they replaced again and the error persisted. They informed me that it was okay to drive it on the weekend as there was a minor axle seal leak but it could get fixed the following week and would not affect the safety of the drive. A few hours later, that same wheel broke off , along with the axle shaft, while driving 70 mph on the turnpike, then jumped the median and hit a pick up truck head on. Luckily neither my daughter or I was injured,nor was the driver of the other vehicle from what i was told. This easily could have turned out much worse for all of us. I had the jeep towed back to Arrigo and they outright refused to accept responsibility for what happened. The fact is that the tech was negligent and did not fully investigate what else could have been causing the ABS warning light to go on. I was a dedicated customer with Arrigo, having purchased two vehicles from them and looking for two more. I recommended many people to use them for vehicles and service. I will never use nor recommend this company again. More
