Found and Purchased My First New Car! I went into the Arrigo dealership looking for a new car. It was my first time doing anything like this, so naturally, I was a little nervous. The mome I went into the Arrigo dealership looking for a new car. It was my first time doing anything like this, so naturally, I was a little nervous. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff and asked if I had made an appointment. Although I hadn't, they found someone to help me in less than two minutes. Russ was extremely friendly and helpful right from the beginning. He had excellent product knowledge and patiently answered all of my questions thoroughly. He listened to my long list of desired car qualities and gave me plenty of options without pressuring me towards any specific one or to committing too early. The whole experience was absolutely perfect and I am thrilled about my first new car! Sending a big THANK YOU to Russ, Mr. Arrigo, and everyone else involved in my car purchasing adventure! Easy target to take advantage of with BS stories and lies I have bought a few different cars from Arrigo West Palm Beach over the years. Even though I know I never got good deals I've still always gone back. I have bought a few different cars from Arrigo West Palm Beach over the years. Even though I know I never got good deals I've still always gone back. Convenience I guess. Well today after knowing a bit more how they work. I actually asked questions. Which lead to the worst experience loaded with story after story ... BS lies one after the other. My questions directed to the sales person at first. Then to the floor sales manager. Neither could answer, even though they're the ones telling me all this. So for my experience... They were ready to send me off in a truck. But then realized they could possibly get me into something else. So they started leaning that way. When I didn't show interest in the other vehicles. We ended up back with the truck. Which was all good until I started asking questions. Apparently it starts with FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. 2017 Ram Quad Cab... Is the advertisement mailed out with "exclusive customer only" private invitation offer. Sorry it's the 2016 not 2017. Well that still works since that's the truck he was working on anyway. *When I asked why the rebate was $3000+ less than the advertisement that's when total BS took off. Oh that's actually a different package deal. *When I pointed out that it was NOT. And pointed out the pricing. I was told that it "up to" that amount. Again I pointed out that is NOT true. The trade amount was "up to" not the rate rebates and dealer discounts. I might be leaving out a few excuses that was obviously knocked down and proven wrong. But the final outcome when they ran out of excuses was..... *The truck they have been trying to sell me all along with less rebates than advertised was actually NOT EVEN FOR SALE ANYMORE. Yes... The truck that I had now proven to them that IS the same truck advertised has suddenly already been SOLD!! And what do you know. The largest Dodge dealership only had that ONE left at any of there locations!!! And remember this all started with the ad said 2017 anyway... And this was actually a FALSE ADVERTISEMENT to begin with. I guess I should be use to this by now. A friendly bubbly female walking in by herself should be an easy target. Which normally... I am. But having dated a guy who worked for Arrigo. Hearing how they work. And how bad they screwed me with my current car. I knew to ask questions of anything that didn't add up. For a dealership I have stuck with for many many years.... I can honestly say.... I AM COMPLETELY DISGUSTED WITH YOUR SERVICE AND TREATMENT. More

Home Run ....Seven times within ten years! I have purchased seven cars from Arrigo within the past ten years, specifically from Scott Rice. Whenever I have had a question or concern about one of the vehicles….I would receive a phone call back the same day…(usually within an hour). I have NEVER had an unresolved issue…..We have purchased new cars…used cars….inexpensive cars and a higher end vehicle…..Always excellent treatment and an excellent deal. Thank you Scott and Arrigo….
