Best New Car Buying Experience Ever - Call Russ!!! I have always dreaded purchasing a new car simply because of the process involved. In the past, I have purchased 2 used cars and this is my 3rd new c I have always dreaded purchasing a new car simply because of the process involved. In the past, I have purchased 2 used cars and this is my 3rd new car purchase - this was by far the easiest and best purchase experience I have had. Russ was very attentive and professional throughout the entire process and was mindful of my busy schedule. I am extremely busy with my business, so I was not able to come into the showroom to shop for a vehicle. Russ helped me find the vehicle I was looking for and we was able to work out all of the numbers and negotiating over the phone and online. He worked with my bank to finalize all of my financing and I came into the dealership to drop of my check, sign paperwork, and take home my new Jeep! I was able to pick my new Jeep up on the way into work and was only in the dealership for 15-20 minutes, just to finalize the sale and sign paperwork.
