Not the lowest price I dislike writing a negative review but I feel others must be made aware of good and bad experiences. I was assured by my salesman, Wilson, that Arrig I dislike writing a negative review but I feel others must be made aware of good and bad experiences. I was assured by my salesman, Wilson, that Arrigo had the lowest price because they are the largest volume dealer. I showed him and his manager, Phil, a written email price quote for a minivan that had a MSRP exactly the same as one they wanted to sell me. Phil refused to match the other dealers price and told me that he knew the salesman I was working with personally because he used to work for him. I was told the other salesman was less than honest and that when I went in to get that van at that price I would be told they could not honor his quote. I left Arrigo without buying the van there, went to the other dealer and purchased the van for exactly the price quoted. The story is not over. I then texted Wilson and told him that my daughter may be interested in the van he was trying to sell us. I asked if they now would match the executed contract that I just purchased my van for. He told me that would not be possible. The conclusion I have is that in my opinion Arrigo does not always have the lowest price even though they like to tell you they do. When it comes time to prove it they will not always match other actual prices. I also felt that Phil spoke negatively about another dealers salesman and it worked out he was nothing but honorable to me. The good news is that I never felt pressured to buy I was just mislead by Phil by his insistence that another dealer was lying to me. The only less than accurate statement made to me was by Wilson and Phil when then told me for sure they would have the lowest price but then did not match another dealers offer. I welcome Arrigo to contact me to further explain why my assessment is wrong and I will update this review if I am contacted. If this review is not amended the reader should assume it is because I did not hear from Arrigo. Let us all see how responsive Arrigo is to a potential customer. More

We agreed on a trade in price and once the paper work was being reviewed it was discovered that a different price (a difference of 1,000) was written down. Once I inquired the possible miscalculation, he just jumped around and tried throwing different numbers at me, which of course did not add up. After many unsuccessful attempts to clear things up with Phil and almost walking away, David was nice enough to bring someone else to help clarify everything. Once everything was on paper as originally agreed upon the process to finalize everything was such a breeze. Alex was extremely helpful, quick, and made finishing the process so much fun. More
