Very Very Friendly We went to Arrigo in West Palm and met Mr. Chris Etter. He was very helpful with what we wanted. Horrific! Made an appointment to drop our jeep off, seems that it was completely pointless since over 24 hours later the vehicle still hasn't been looked at. When I called To inquire I spoke to the rudest service advisor who informed me that appointments were to get to speak to an advisor, not to have a time slot to get the vehicle inspected and taken care of. I will never use this dealership for service again, nor will I recommend it to family and friends. More

Great experience This is our first Jeep purchase and it was worth the 1hr drive to Arrigo. There are a lot of good car salesman but Michael is the best we have ever ha This is our first Jeep purchase and it was worth the 1hr drive to Arrigo. There are a lot of good car salesman but Michael is the best we have ever had. He knew the Grand Cherokee SRT so well. He didn't have to sell the car because his knowledge on the vehicle answered any possible question we could have ever asked. I felt we bought with confidence due to the relaxed, and knowledge of Michael but Phil the manager was also very nice when we got to the grit part of the deal. Adam Statiski was knowledgeable in the finance department. He listened to how we would use the vehicle and recommended only extras that worked for us. No one was pushy, they just know how to take care of the customer. More
