John Gutierrez and his team went above and beyond to help me and my family get the car we need and love. David Iannacone, from finance, is super, he made everything possible to make this happen. Originally, most banks gave me 17% interest, David, realized this would never work since payments were so high, he picked up the phone and at the same time started typing. When He looked back up from the screen, he showed me the perfect plan. We got the van at 6.1% interest. Thanks!!!! I recommend to any one who wants to buy a car from a really good car lot. they will help you in any way possible. More

I had a few questions because I'm thinking of getting a Used Land Rover. I even had a few thousand to put down, and along with the trade of my 2011 Nissan Sentra...which still is in good shape, rides better than some new cars, but I'm ready for for my dream car. I am intelligent, smart..but maybe to your sales people I looked like a looser because I had just left the gym, My skin is black, and maybe to your sales folks I wasn't worth the time. I live in Century Village down the street, but don't look like your typical senior. No worries here...I will never come by again.. I will get my Land Rover elsewhere.. Dori Smith.~ More

Terrible pricing and pushy salesman They had a nice selection and fairly decent used cars. Their pricing is ridiculous and they have an $800 dealer fee. They refused to discuss pricing by phone, so I drove the 45 minutes to check out the vehicle. When we negotiated, they focused on how much they paid for the vehicle, not how much it's really worth. After I shared some market comparisons, they were unwilling to negotiate a fair market price and turned extremely aggressive. The salesman even blocked my vehicle from leaving as I tried to drive away to attempt to pester me into purchasing the vehicle. Stay far away from this dealership. More
