Our transaction at this dealership was probably our best car buying experiences in our lifetime. We made a spur of the moment decision to test drive a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited as an upgrade to our 10-year o car buying experiences in our lifetime. We made a spur of the moment decision to test drive a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited as an upgrade to our 10-year old Jeep Wrangler Sport. Prior to arriving at Arrigo, we visited another dealership where we drove the vehicle, but weren't yet sold on it. When we arrived at Arrigo on a Friday night about 45 minutes prior to closing, we asked if we could test drive one with the soft top down. Mike Fallon assisted us in lowering the top and allowing us to take it for a test drive. We were largely sold (immediately) by the experience of driving the vehicle with the top down. Back at the dealership, Mike and sales manager Mike Howell, quickly put a sales proposal together and presented it to us. It was a little higher than we expected since we had hoped we would be eligible for some rebates, but the trade-in value was excellent and our discussion of the pricing was open, honest and friendly. We were given a price that we could drive home in a new car that night (WOW), but since we had made such a hasty decision to conside a new car, and it was after 9:00 PM and dark, and we hadn't eaten yet, we asked if we could sleep on it and come back in the AM. Mike and Mike said absolutely and the price would be the same in the AM. We returned on Saturday AM and drove away in our new car. We were very pleased with Mike Fallon as he was extremely pleasant and easy to deal with - a real genuine and down to earth gentleman. We never felt pressured by Mike or his sales manager, and always felt that we were treated fairly and honestly. In fact, when we bought the vehicle, I told both Mike and his sales manager that this was one of the best car buying experiences I had. We always felt like we were treated like true customers, that they wanted our business and to make us happy without being obnoxious, contentious or overbearing. I would certainly recommend Mike and this dealership to others and I would return to Arrigo without hesitation for another new or used vehicle in the future. More
