Was having problems with my car making a lot of weird noises. Took it to my local unnamed dealership and they could not tell me anything after about three and a half hours or so. So a few days later i sc noises. Took it to my local unnamed dealership and they could not tell me anything after about three and a half hours or so. So a few days later i scheduled an appointment with the service department. Brought my car like two days later talked to him gave him what my ideas on the problem where (which where wrong) was there for three hours because they where backed up. Within that three hours they determined i need a new rack and pinion and a bushing, put it on order and did an open r.o. incase i came back of out base warranty so i dropped it off on a saturday and picked it on on a monday all fixed in ready to go. I felt that i got treated not as just a chrysler buyer but as a customer (even though the car wasn't bought from the dealership.) But overall it was a very pleasant experience and i would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great service and work for you car. And they are all very courteous and respectful at Arrigo. I shopped for a new Jeep Grand Cherokee online after not being able to find the vehicle I was looking for at my local dealer. Allison was very helpful in getting a good price on their in stock vehicle and also spoke about my trade. Since the drive was just over two hours to this dealer I also explained what I was looking for in a trade and even though they did not have the chance to appraise it, Allison assured me thay would offer a fair trade value based on it's condition. I drove there and we were able to come to satisfactory terms for the new vehicle and trade fairly quickly. I am 61 years old and have purchased more than 25 vehicles in my life and this was the most extraordinary experience I ever had! I went just to look at Jeep Wranglers - and Jose joined me without pr vehicles in my life and this was the most extraordinary experience I ever had! I went just to look at Jeep Wranglers - and Jose joined me without pressure. I was driving a 2009 Grand Cherokee out of warranty and with 57,000 miles. So I threw out a prayer... "Jose, if you can lease me a new Grand Cherokee, get my payments under a certain amount, and keep the down payment below $1,000 - I'll buy one." 20 minutes later Jose came back with an offer that blew my mind - $118 less in monthly payments than I was making, NOTHING DOWN, and a deal I couldn't refuse.
