We had a very pleasurable experience after having several no so nice at other dealerships. We were treated as valued customers. Everyone we met with that day were very nice. We did meet with two other gentlemen but I did not catch their names and don't have a business card for them. I told Tom that this was one of the best car buying experiences that I have had. We were talked down to and treated rather poorly by several other dealers on the phone before ever reaching their facility which is why we never bothered. I got emails and messages from Tom on a regular basis keeping me abreast of his progress in setting up an appt. for the car we wanted to look at and purchase. I have no complaints at all. A week ago, I decided to go shopping for a new car. I started in Ft. Myers at a Toyota dealership. Wanted something different. I actually came home with a Toyota Tacoma truck and left my Jeep Liberty w started in Ft. Myers at a Toyota dealership. Wanted something different. I actually came home with a Toyota Tacoma truck and left my Jeep Liberty with them. Something didn't feel right when I got home. It just didn't feel right. I called the dealership the very next day. I apologized and told them I wasn't as happy as I should have been and was returning the truck. they were kind about it and gladly took it back. Their rate was kind of high for me anyhow. After I left there, I went to another dealer to look at my favorite Chrysler products. Being it was so late in the day, I really didn't have much time to shop. I did look at a few vehicles and fell in love with the new Chrysler 200. I told them this. They agreed it was late in the day and stated they would work on this after I gave them some of my information. They stated that they would call me early Wednesay morning. By that time I had contacted Arrigo Dodge, my usual dealer and spoke to Tom Popiel. I told him what I wanted, gave him all my pertinent information and within less than 24 hours, he called, stated he found a nivce one for me and I should come get it. He had also gotten me a really great rate. By the time I was at the dealership in West Palm Beach, I received a phone call from the Sales Manager at the other dealership wondering if I was still interested in the vehicle purchase. I told him it was too late and why. I was happy once again. Everyone at Arrigo Doge Chrysler Jeep has always taken great care of me and it will always be my favorite place to shop for a new car. More

This is the 2nd car that we have got from Arrigo Dodge and both experiences have been tremendous. Our first purchase was a larger SUV and this purchase we were looking to downsize to a sedan. Scott deligently handled the process and explained every detail. His knowledge of the industry and our needs enabled the experience to be nothing short of exceptional. Additionally, with the help of Don and Ed in finance, we were able to trade in the SUV (which we were still financing) and drive out in a new Chrysler 200 (what an amazing car). MY EXPERIENCE FROM THE TIME WE ENTERED THE DEALERSHIP UNTIL THE TIME WE LEFT WAS OUTSTANDING. THERE WAS NO HIGH PRESSURE SALES AND WE TOLD TOM WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR AND HE RESPONDED WITH JUST THAT. WE UNTIL THE TIME WE LEFT WAS OUTSTANDING. THERE WAS NO HIGH PRESSURE SALES AND WE TOLD TOM WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR AND HE RESPONDED WITH JUST THAT. WE WERE ABLE TO FIND WHAT WE WANTED AT A PRICE WE COULD AFFORD AND WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED. TOM IS EXCELLENT AT WHAT HE DOES AND MADE OUR VISIT WITH ARRIGO VERY PLEASANT. WE WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK AND HAVE ALREADY TOLD SOME OUR FRIENDS ABOUT THE DEALERSHIP AND THE SERVICE. THE ONLY THING THAT I CAN SAY ON THE DOWNSIDE, AND IT WAS NOT TOM,S FAULT, WAS THE FACT THAT THEY TOLD ME THEY ONLY HAD ONE KEY FOR THE VEHICLE WE PURCHASED AND THAT IT WOULD COST EXTRA FOR ANOTHER ONE. I OWN ANOTHER JEEP AT THE TIME HAVE PURCHASED 8 JEEPS IN THE PAST AND NEVER HAD TO PAY EXTRA FOR A SECOND KEY. THEN IT TOOK AN HOUR AND A HALF TO GET THE KEY PROGRAMED WHICH WAS AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE. THE OTHER THING WAS THERE WAS NO OWNERS MANUAL FOR THE 2010 JEEP AND I WAS GIVEN ONE FOR A 2009. OTHER THAN THIS MY WIFE AND I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE AT ARRIGO AND WILL DEFINITELY RETURN AND WILL ASK FOR TOM POPIEL TO ASSIST. THANKS AGAIN TOM!!!!! More
Tom Popiel was a great advocate for us. We walked away from the deal another salesperson offered, he followed up with us, got us to come back in, and got us a pretty good deal. In 2008 I leased a brand new Chrysler 300 and was worried that if I leased the vehicle for the 39 months that they wanted me to I would be out of warranty in those last 3 months and would be responsi worried that if I leased the vehicle for the 39 months that they wanted me to I would be out of warranty in those last 3 months and would be responsible for any issues with the car. And if you know Chrysler at about 36000 miles the transmission starts to have issues. The sales manager told me not to worry that after 36 months I could return the vehicle without issue. I now come to realize that this was an outright lie and cannot return the vehicle until after the 39 month lease is up. Don't be fooled by shady sales managers at Arrigo they will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you in the vehicle! More
