The first salesman offered a deal that was insulting and bordered on a scam. He offered my car plus $20000 for the new one . The deal was eventually made at my car plus $2000 to me . Great and reliable customer service. Advisor Ariel kept me informed as I waited for vehicle to include having the tech send me a video of my vehicle and services performed. Worst car buying experience I have ever had. Salespeople forgot about us in the lot. They sold us a car but used the wrong VIN on all paperwork - I had to return to complete all paperwork a se Salespeople forgot about us in the lot. They sold us a car but used the wrong VIN on all paperwork - I had to return to complete all paperwork a second time a week later! I insured the wrong car because I used the VIN on the paperwork! The second key they gave us was for a different car so it didnt work. I have two drivers side floor mats in the front. The trade in valuation they give you online is about 100% more than they will offer you in person. Finance guy told me if oil isn't changed more frequently than what the cars computer indicates I will void my warranty. Trade in plus 25% down payment and still tried to sell GAP insurance. Finance guy got visibly upset when i wouldn't purchase extended warranty - he couldnt stop talking about how undependable auto we were buying and how much it would cost to fix. I am sure I have forgot something! Horrible place. Horrible experience. I will never recommend anyone purchase any vehicle from Arrigo!!! More
