I went in to buy a 2019 pacifica. I saw the car and it had issues i was told the car will be certified and will have warranty after everything is fixed, I was looking at another pacif I saw the car and it had issues i was told the car will be certified and will have warranty after everything is fixed, I was looking at another pacifica same price and same mile but it had no issues. I was sold on the warranty and how the car was going to be perfect since it was going to certified. I came back to pick up the car a couple days later since the part that needed to be replaced was ordered, I took the car and before i got home the check engine light came on. I sent Justyn a message that same day with no reply. I then called the next day and Justyn told me i was going to get a call from service to get the issue fixed. I got a phone call from Alexander Bono and was told he will call me back to setup an appointment and he never called me back. (call was made on Friday) I have left multiple messages to Justyn and Alex and i have not receive a call back. Today is Friday and i still havnt received a call. This is very unprofessional. The part was $35 and it took 15 seconds to fix. (Brake positioning sensor) I will check again if the car has new codes since i dont trust the work that was done at your dealer. Jimmy was actually a big help in the entire process. The dealership itself was kind of poor. I got a pretty bad deal and my car’s price pretty inflated. The dealer, not Jimmy, looked me right in the face and kept telling me about how great of a deal I was getting while turning a 37000 dollar car into a 47000 dollar car. Scam artists are good at what they do unfortunately, and they definitely used my desperation for a new car. Overall I’m not unhappy with the car itself given that I really needed one and that the one I bought was the only one of its kind within 2 hours of my house, but the place overall feels scummy. I even called back multiple times and got hung up on when trying to ask simple questions. Only after I wanted to speak to a manager did they answer what I needed. They only want your money which is fine and expected, but they can at least act like they give a xxxx once they get it. More
Brought in my car with electrical issue a d they run diagnostics. They say it’s my cluster and told me it would be over $2500 to replace. After they installed it they then tell me the battery is also an diagnostics. They say it’s my cluster and told me it would be over $2500 to replace. They never mentioned the battery was an issue before during the $200 diagnostic but after I already paid for the cluster they now say I need to pay an extra $300 for a new battery. I’ve called and texted the service advisor Alex who was helping and so far haven’t heard back about any sort of resolution and now I’m stuck with my car having the same issues as I had when I came in but I’m out over $2000 and no resolution.
