I rated fair because the appointment system for service is terrible. I usually need to make Saturday appointments because of my work schedule, however lately, I am told when I arrive that it is not guaran is terrible. I usually need to make Saturday appointments because of my work schedule, however lately, I am told when I arrive that it is not guaranteed that my car will be serviced that day. It completely defeats the whole purpose of an appointment system. You should just call it a "reservation" system to bring your car in and then "we'll get to it when we get to it." I have had my car since 2013 and it has never been as bad for Saturday service as it has been over the last 2-3 years. I work in Delray Beach but have never brought my car to the dealership there because during the week appointments are not always convenient for me due to my work schedule, however I am now seriously considering switching over to using that dealership next time I need service. The service itself is great, the mechanics always do a great job on my car. More
