I was purchasing a vehicle and I spoke to Matthew. I asked if this dealership took SUNCOAST CREDIT UNION. He told me yes, so I come down from tampa to here because he told me they accept the bank. I had a pre approval and a documentary draft check. Everything ready with my rate of 6.75. I was happy! Then when I came they told they can’t for some little preference if there. They then told me to go with their banking and I received space coast with 7.9% and they told me they could get better or around my 6.75. Obviously, that isn’t close to what I had already and the monthly payments weren’t where I had. With 588 with my pre approval and there was 712. Overall the experience with the banking was horrible and disappointing. I eventually had to leave with “their” bank and “their” rates and they tried to bring my monthly to 640. Still not anywhere near what I had and it was approved for the specific car Arrigo had. There shouldn’t be no excuses of why they couldn’t take my bank when they told me they can. Matthew told me they took my bank and for me to come down and everything would be handled properly. Instead I was promised something then when I arrived it was disassembled into “their” way. More

I dropped my truck off at 815 for an oil change and fuel filters. Holly advised it would be an hour to an hour and a half. I returned at 1130 and the door was locked to the diesel service. There were several people waiting and 20 minutes later someone finally told us to go to the cashier. When I met with the cashier she advised it was done but then Holly came out of an adjacent room and advised she is eating and hasn’t finished the paperwork. I then left and just under 2 hours later I was advised my vehicle is ready. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future due to Holly’s 2 hour lunches are more important then my time. More
