In my opinion the worst service department in Florida waited 3 hours for an oil change and they forgot to put the oil cap on nevertheless spraying oil all over the engine causing it smoke. My expensive top of the line, best in class, extended warranty, 7 year, unlimited mileage bumper to bumper (EXCEPT) Josh is a great service advisor. A known manufacturer defect and its not covered. Really? 38k miles and the roof leaks. Not the dealerships fault but Cmon man. My 24 Powerwagon has had 3 bad driveshaft or transfer case seals go bad. and was covered. But not the roof seal? My 25 1500 Limited has had a couple sensor issues and been covered. How much did I allow Arrigo to CASH out on my 2 brand new trucks i bought? Both with the very expensive so called bumper to bumper (EXCEPT) water leaking through the lights warranty. How would you feel about that? Im going to buy 2 more new trucks soon. Do I have to hand write the possible roof leaks must be covered next time. Im only buying Ram so what should I do different?
