Called to make an appointment for an oil change. Operator said I needed an update but just go to the Express service bay. No return calls, no return texts when I checked twice on the status of the service. My car lost preset settings. I was promised 2 Uber rides. 1 to bring me home and 1 to pick up the car after service. Second one didn't show. Couldn't find a ride on short notice so cost me $24 to pick up my car. Made an appointment. Got up early Saturday to bring my car in. Then I was told that that type of service is not done on Saturday. The receptionist who made the appointment specifically put me on hold to check if they even had the part for the car and came back to me and confirmed the appointment. If you're walking through the front, you're greeted by 20 salesman. When you go through service, 20 people stare at you and ignore you for 15 minutes at least. Then they'll ask. Are you waiting for someone?when they've seen you standing there waiting? Then no one will call you with a status of your car.. I was told the car would be washed. It was not. Didn’t have proper tool to remove lug nuts so my tires were not rotated. Never had that problem at our dealership in Mich. The tool is in the glove box.
