First of all , just because my brake pads are getting thin, doesn't mean that rotors and calipers need to be replaced. I have some mechanical background and have worked on many of my vehicles, and don't appreciate a dealership that tries to take advantage of customers, trying to sell service that is not necessary. I will NEVER do business with your dealership. I have tried to convince my 92 yr old grandmother to bring her Chrysler Town & Country to your dealership, and she would rather drive 40 miles South to another dealership, because of past experiences she has had with your dealership.
