He was patient, professional, and genuinely helpful, which made her feel confident in her decision. However, the overall process took an exceptionally long time, and the finance department pushed very hard to sell the vehicle protection plan. A protection plan is optional, and that should be stated clearly up front rather than presented with pressure. I was also not pleased to find that a $495 premium protection plan had been added in the finance paperwork without a clear explanation. Joel was excellent, but the extended time and the aggressive approach in finance definitely impacted the experience. More

Not sure about the dealership but the service department was not that great. The workmanship seems to okay so far but when I got my car back the technician left the floor mat paper on the floor and just thr was not that great. The workmanship seems to okay so far but when I got my car back the technician left the floor mat paper on the floor and just threw a clear plastic wrap and some papers on the passenger side floorboard. Also there were grease or oil marks on my center console cover. More
