Was disappointed to hear that Arrigo does not accept appointments for oil change and tire rotations, but Dan got me right in. Found a nail in my tire during the process, made the repair and got me out o appointments for oil change and tire rotations, but Dan got me right in. Found a nail in my tire during the process, made the repair and got me out of there in less than 90 minutes. Great communication and love the emailed video of the repairs. More

Rodney in finance, great service. Good communication. Everyone else is mediocre. Didn't even make it to the house and the ABS light came on 12 Days later the truck breaks down.
