I was the first person at the dealership for an oil change, and I parked in the lane Marked oil change. Upon the shop opening, all of the other vehicles were allowed to come into the bay with the excep change, and I parked in the lane Marked oil change. Upon the shop opening, all of the other vehicles were allowed to come into the bay with the exception of me, because there was a car that was placed in my lane. I was told that I needed to get behind everybody else even though the first person there.
