If it hadn't been for the mysterious denial of our check for a down payment, we would not have discovered that Arrigo inflated the residual value of my lease. After speaking directly to Chrysler, we learne for a down payment, we would not have discovered that Arrigo inflated the residual value of my lease. After speaking directly to Chrysler, we learned the contract Arrigo was holding was fraudulent. Chrysler provided us with the correct residual amount and also advised that Arrigo is not allowed to force customers to buy the "Arrigo Advantage." After presenting our findings to the Arrigo Team, they did in fact remove the "Arrigo Advantage" from my contract and they corrected the residual value. They claimed a mix-up between my lease and another customer. Had we not gone home that day after our check was denied for reasons unknown, we would not have done more research or spoken directly to Chrysler. Arrigo also claimed that because they were bought out by a new company, they "could not access my lease agreement so close to the end of my lease." Our salesman told us that specifically. Chrysler stated: "All they had to do was call us for the residual amount." More
