Service department horrible experience- unprofessional Worst customer service experience. Didn't repair the original issue. Service manager Joe Barrone never returned phone messages ( 3 separate days). Service manager George Riker didn't return messages either. Beyond unprofessional. They simply go to the simple fix without proper investigation, dont resolve the issue charge you, and send you on your way . Dont waste your valuable time and money. Find an alternate reputable dealership. More
