My service advisor Nate I just called in sick and I was never assigned a new one. One of the service technicians. Michelle helped me out. I waited three hours in the waiting room and never heard from anyon never assigned a new one. One of the service technicians. Michelle helped me out. I waited three hours in the waiting room and never heard from anyone. I finally got up and found Michelle and she helped me. She presented me with a report with several items on it and said they were required. That was the only explanation that I got and I had to make the decision right then in there, so not given any information I declined the information provided by her was incorrect as all these items were not required every 30,000 miles but that they were recommending that they were being done. As I looked over the service schedule, I saw several errors on her part. I might also add that she appeared to be very busy and distracted while she was helping me overall very disappointing considering my last visit was pretty decent. In addition I have the dent warranty the last time I was there I put a claim in and I have yet to hear from anyone about that. This is why I didn’t purchase the car from this dealership and instead went to West Palm Beach. If I were closer to Palm Beach, I would go to that service area. More
