Rodney was friendly and seemed efficient but took advantage. I gave a specific range I wanted my payments to be between that could’ve been done if he hadn’t lied and added an almost $3,000 extended w advantage. I gave a specific range I wanted my payments to be between that could’ve been done if he hadn’t lied and added an almost $3,000 extended warranty to my loan. His exact words were its a good thing that you are going with Chrysler financial because it comes with and includes a warranty package. He never told me it was optional or gave me options. I didn’t realize until after everything was signed and I used the flash drive to see what all I had once I got home. The details about the warranty was clearly there when I was signing but it seems certain pages are missing on my flash drive.please be careful and take your time and read and also ask questions when he is saying sign here and sign there. To me that was just shady and it made me lose trust, yes they helped me get a car and I’m thankful but integrity and ethics are so important. I’m also a sales person and when you are real and upfront you earn respect, build lasting relationships and still get the sale. No need to upswell behind someone’s back . Bottom line he knew I would’ve declined the package for that amount so he made it seem as though I got some type of incentive. I wouldn’t go back to him. Maybe someone else More
