Shady dealings here. They were told of our situation from the start of looking at the vehicle. Went thru whole process speaking to GSM after running my credit getting approved they decided to change there mi the start of looking at the vehicle. After pulling my credit and getting banking approved. Filed Complaint with corporate over this disgrace of a dealership. More

The sales guys Elijah was a good guy. But the financial guy Bryce Whidden tried to rip us off. We financed the car. While signing the documents he tried to impose on us a maintenance service that was going guy Bryce Whidden tried to rip us off. We financed the car. While signing the documents he tried to impose on us a maintenance service that was going to cost extra $60 dollars every months for 4 years. Plus he was going to give us the loan at higher interest rate of 5.99% instead of 5.29%. After I refused the maintenance package, and I told him that it is the first time someone is imposing extra maintenance package with a loan application, he left the office and came back with a little cheaper service. Than I told him that I don't want to finance anymore, so he jumped again and left the office. few minuted later he came and told us that he lowered the interest rate from 5.99% to 5.29% and there is no need to buy the extra maintenance packege. So the monthly payment got cheaper by $160. It seems that he has instructions to try to sell (impose) the extra maintenance package to every customer. They tried to rip me off but they failed. Be careful! More

This is the second time I took my Jeep in for a 20 minute service and waited over 3HOURS FOR IT TO BE COMPLETED, the first time was a quick oil change and then a 20 minute update foe a recall. After over 3 h service and waited over 3HOURS FOR IT TO BE COMPLETED, the first time was a quick oil change and then a 20 minute update foe a recall. After over 3 hours I asked where the heck was my Jeep! I was told the oil was changed but the computer was down and the recall could not be performed. Jared , my service advisor sId he would call and schedule the update in a few days. 1 month later I called and scheduled 5he Update for am, first appt today . I was there at 7:30 hoping to get out by 9. After 3 hours, 11:10 I raised xxxx with the woman I was dealing with who seemed to be in charge. 20 minutes later I had my cAr. Theta e stamp for the recall procedure was 0,3 hours. ! ThisdeLership sucks for service! More
