When I checked in for My appointment, on time by the way, the service advisor acted as though I didn’t have an appointment and asked what I was in for. I had indicated what I wanted to be serviced when I mad the service advisor acted as though I didn’t have an appointment and asked what I was in for. I had indicated what I wanted to be serviced when I made the appointment online. The big disappointment was sitting for two hours and finding my van still in the back lot not having been serviced. There was no indication that it would take this long when I checked in. After sharing my concern with the service advisor, the van got in for service and it was done in an hour and a half. I don’t expect my vehicle to be immediately taken to a bay, but it would have been nice to have an indication It was going to be a while. I certainly got the impression if I had not checked after two hours I would be waiting another hour and it still would be in the back lot. More

Very friendly environment that was deceptive. I have purchased a lot of cars in my day and I wanted my daughter to have the same experience. However, I think this purchase has really deterred her I have purchased a lot of cars in my day and I wanted my daughter to have the same experience. However, I think this purchase has really deterred her from trusting the public. She has stayed focused on keeping good credit but was given an interest rate over 18% with a 700+ credit score. I know this was her first purchase but that was highway robbery of a young black woman. I personally feel responsible as her father because i recommended this place to her. I will forever be in debt to her because she shouldn't have to be subject to this type of discrimination. If she was of another race with the same credit score, that interest rate would have not been nowhere near that high. She was charged 3 times as much because of her race. More
