We had an excellent experience purchasing our 2026 Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The pricing was significantly better than three other dealerships we contacted, with a substantial discount off MSRP. The trade-in value for our vehicle was fair, and the numbers matched what we discussed in advance. The team respected our time and worked to move paperwork efficiently. Communication throughout was clear and professional, which made the hour-plus drive worthwhile. In the finance office, there was minimal pressure around extended warranties or add-on products, and our decisions were respected.
