The worst experience ever buying a car! !! The salesman was great and so was the internet salesman, Alan Gallagher. The used car manager made me feel like he was doing me a favor by selling !! The salesman was great and so was the internet salesman, Alan Gallagher. The used car manager made me feel like he was doing me a favor by selling the car to me. He verbally insulted me on the showroom floor in front of other buyers and staff. Not one manager greeted me after I left the business office or thanked me for the business. They all just sat on the podium. I was charged over $2100 for a dealer fee and some overpriced electronic dmv fee and drove away with a quarter tank of gas and keys attached to a dirty plastic dealer key tag. The car was missing a tire inflation kit which is a safety factor because there isn't a spare tire.. Real professional place of business!! I have worked in car dealerships for over 25 years and never would have treated anyone this way. I would not recommend this place of business to anyone. Disgusting experience. The owners will be notified of my experience as well. Be aware of this place. More
