I went in for the $28 oil change special which cost $60. I did like that the tech looked our 2003 PT Cruiser over and said it was in very good condition. It seems that who ever did the last oil change striped the connection. I ended up having to pay $482.62 for the complete repairs. I dropped the car off at 7:30AM. I waited until 9:30AM, and I was told the car would not be ready until the afternoon. I'm happy you provided me with transportation to my home & back. I was not able to pick my vehicle up until after 4:30PM. I would like to see a service center established over by Hwy 95. Since 2000 thousands of homes have been built near Tradition and over 100,000 vehicles are now having to drive long distances for your service. More
