Da'von was amazing to work with. Very knowledgeable and intuitive to my needs as a customer. The GM was helpful and made the buying process as simple as possible. There was no back and forth xx like your typical Dealerships. I may not be your typical car buying customer because I do all of my research and buy quite a few cars in a 10 year period. I walk in to a dealership, know the precise vehicle I want (by VIN) and go in with an educated knowledge of what rebates/incentives are available. This is vital to a smooth and seamless buying process and makes your time at the dealership reduced significantly. Da/von and the GM both were respectful, knowledgeable and understanding of my needs, not wants. This helped as well. I highly recommend Arrigo over any of the other Dealer Groups in the area. More
