I was sold a vehicle with a known defect (TSB: 23-020-23 REV. A). I took it back 5 weeks after I bought it and the service supervisor told me that they won't fix the defects. The vehicle was a certified pre REV. A). I took it back 5 weeks after I bought it and the service supervisor told me that they won't fix the defects. The vehicle was a certified pre owned vehicle that came with their 3 month/3000 mile warranty. I even asked the service supervisor if he knew about TSB: 23-020-23 REV. A and he said yes. So it seems that they are knowingly selling defective vehicles and said absolutely nothing about the defects when I was buying it. More

Was told to bring my used vehicle back for a detail. Was waste of time had the same dirt on it when it came back.they took 2 weeks to return my credit card deposit after I paid in full with check. I had to go back to dealership 3 times to get the refund. I left a WiFi rear view camera in my trade asked salesman to remove and he said he did. But never got my camera back. Told somebody at dealership stole it from salesman’s desk drawer. I like my truck is only reason I gave 2 stars. Otherwise I’d give zero. I want my camera back and I want the detailing I was promised. More
