I don't care that it took 7–8 weeks, I care that no one explained how the process works for a first-time out-of-state buyer and that no one behind that finance voicemail ever got back to me once I got concerned. All that silence with no updates or status left me wondering whether everything was actually progressing as it should, which ultimately it was. Entire process should be made clear from the start, and who exactly to contact with concerns should also be made clear. I value peace of mind.
