Started off great. Oil change and tire rotation. Had to replace 2 headlight fuses. Car wash offered and accepted. 2pm. Told at 3:30pm there is only one fuse on site and Oil change and tire rotation. Had to replace 2 headlight fuses. Car wash offered and accepted. 2pm. Told at 3:30pm there is only one fuse on site and has to be ordered, ok. Minutes to 5 o’clock my phone dies, my SA nowhere to be found. My car pulls around at around 6pm. No washed as promised No apology for the 4 hour wait time for a simple oil change and replace 2 fuses. I could have done this at home for half the cost and a quarter of the time. usually great service. This time was definitely not it. More
