When the wrong pickup was delivered I was very disappointed, our salesman (Troy Schroedter) vowed to try and make this right but when it came to Chuck Cowart the manager, I felt like I was being railroaded, I was asked to take responsibility for the mistake and split the difference with him on the cost to spray another bed liner in the new pickup. he also suggested that I buy an after market radio so I could have what I had already purchased. I declined his offer and he finally agreed to "eat the cost" if I would give him a good review" Well the good review and my respect can only be earned! He didn't earn either. After looking at our finances we decided to test drive a Ford Fusion. We had not considered a car because my husband is a very tall man and we figured he would not be able to drive a car comfortably. The salesman that helped us was very patient and very helpful in helping us find a vehicle that would suit our needs and our family. We meet him back on Monday and purchased the Fusion.
