Seamless Service I was very nervous when I walked in, because I thought, I couldn't possibly get approval in a Cadilac dealership. But, to my absolute surprise, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. I spoke with Frank Barela, prior to my arrival and he handled me and my situation with absolute care. He was very knowleable about the inventory in my price range and the ins and outs of all aspects for meeting my specific needs. I was in and out of there with my new automobile within 2 hrs. The transaction went smoothly. The financial business went just as smooth. They closed at 8 or 9, but stayed with me to complete my transaction until close to 10pm. The finance manger, Barton Harris, patiently explained my payment options, warranties and such. Whatever your needs are, you won't be dissapointed, if you stop by ARROWHEAD CADILLAC.
