Excellent service visit to Arrowhead Cadillac I was able to schedule service on my Cadillac on very short notice. The service staff were able to perform the required maintenance as well as a recal I was able to schedule service on my Cadillac on very short notice. The service staff were able to perform the required maintenance as well as a recall issue in less than 4 hours. In that interval I was provided with a Cadillac loan vehicle and was able to run some errands. Efficient, courteous and professional service in a timely manner. Well done Arrowhead! More

BETRAYED BY ARROWHEAD CADILLAC! Purchased a 2013 SRX with 17,000 miles in May, 2014 for a car that "just came in." Looked good and seemed to run well. Sales experience was mostly Purchased a 2013 SRX with 17,000 miles in May, 2014 for a car that "just came in." Looked good and seemed to run well. Sales experience was mostly positive, although I was never informed that this was a rental car nor that a CARFAX report was available. Anyhow, problems began within two weeks: a severe OIL LEAK that soaked my garage floor; three weeks later, a DEAD BATTERY that left my wife and I stranded for an hour in blistering heat; next, rough idle and near stalling which required the REPLACEMENT of the CAM SOLENOID. The car is a a lemon and totally unreliable. I have asked for an exchange or replacement. A phone call to my salesman, an e-mail and follow up hard copy to Ken Welsh, the Sales Manager have resulted in the following statement from Mr. Welsh, "THIS IS A CADILLAC ISSUE, NOT A DEALER ISSUE...HOPE YOU ENJOY THE CAR." A dealership is only as good as their interest in resolving a problem. Terrible customer service from the Sales Manager. Buyer beware! ARROWHEAD CADILLAC IS NOT A RELIABLE DEALERSHIP!
