I did get a message from Rick with the information about the remote start and the bluetooth but there still hasn't been anything said about the head up display. Rick has left a couple messages asking me to call him back regarding having the features added that were missing, but I haven't been able to respond as I work nights and I sleep during the day. I was very happy to set up an appointment to have the bluetooth and remote start added, but I still feel as a customer I have not been treated right, first with the false advertisement, then with all the back and forth about how I must be lying because I was never advertised that the car had those features. And the fact that the car is missing the head up display is being clearly ignored by the dealership. I understand that it can't be added at this point, but it doesn't change the fact that it was 'supposed' to have it and that I have not been made whole with the addition of 'just' the remote start and bluetooth. If there is some kind of trade off that can be done in regards to the head up display, I would love to talk about that with you or Rick. My next day off is Monday and I can contact you at that time if that is ok.
