We stop at your dealership to see if you had a vehicle in our price range with a trade in. Jimmy came out and showed us a couple of SUV"S but they were out of our plan. We were getting ready to depart when Jim found out about a Explorer that had just came in. It was in the shop getting the once over and making sure that things were up to yor standards. We liked the suv and Jimmy went to work on geting us that vehicle. With the help of all involed, (sorry we don't know thetre names) we were able to purchase the explorer. We can only tell our friends about how we were treated with respect and professional employees that did not push us into a deal that would not be the best for us. We came in expecting not to be able to purchase a car but we did with the help of your employees that we feel went beyond what other dealers would do for customers. Thank You and your employees. My transmission went out in my Avalanche, it was terrible. When I brought it to Gamblin Motors, they were waiting for it and got it right into the shop. I got there shortly after the truck and they terrible. When I brought it to Gamblin Motors, they were waiting for it and got it right into the shop. I got there shortly after the truck and they had a rental car waiting for me and explained the whole process that was going to take place. I got several phone calls throughout the next day telling me exactly what they were going to do. The truck got dropped off Tuesday at around 3:30 and it is done with my new transmission in it Friday at 3:30. I never felt like it was even an inconvience, thanks for the great help and that's why I will continue to shop and service my vehicle's here. More
