Worst service ever at Art Hill Ford. Service write Tiffany was the worst I have ever dealt with. Paid $722 and my front end noise was the same, no different. She said "that's a lot of money to you, but not a lot of money to me, I make good money". She was completely useless and rude. If that's the best person Art Hill could have working as a service writer, that's a good reason not to go there. Try somewhere else and avoid Art Hill Ford. More
Sales person didn’t want to help me. Told me I couldn’t afford the vehicle I was looking at without knowing anything about me. I went elsewhere and paid cash. Told me I couldn’t afford the vehicle I was looking at without knowing anything about me. I went elsewhere and paid cash. More

The brake reservoir was empty, no refill of brake fluid in reservoir. We called and was informed to put in brake fluid. We did that and the brakes were still to the floor and air could be heard in the brake line. Shame on Art Hill Ford. More
On 6/22/2023 my 2016 Ford Explorer (purchased from Art Hill & Serviced there since) was brought in due to a leak of coolant. It was determined to be the Ford Motor Company water pump issue which I agreed Hill & Serviced there since) was brought in due to a leak of coolant. It was determined to be the Ford Motor Company water pump issue which I agreed to the repair without complaint. After the repair the AC was not charged or working and the front passenger CV Axel was leaking oil when they removed it and tore the boot. It took four trips back to get things fixed and things are still not fixed, like broke clips, missing screws and clips. The forgot to put an air flow cover back on under the motor, a large metal part they found laying on the floor after I found it missing. This after I paid $3,00 for the faulty water pump, that was $2,220 in labor, the rest in parts. More

Had an excellent buying experience at Art Hill Ford with Borce Nikolov. Borce was extremely transparent during the entire process and was patient enough to go through a decent selection of inventory to help Borce Nikolov. Borce was extremely transparent during the entire process and was patient enough to go through a decent selection of inventory to help us make the right buying decision to meet our needs. Unlike other salesman, Borce did not come across as pushy and had a sales philosophy focused on relationship building versus hardselling uncessarcy add-ons that we were not interested in. I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy a Ford/Lincoln/Mazda in the Northwest Indiana region to Art Hill Ford and especially to work with Borce Nikolov. More
