Worst dealership ever. They are unethical and will lie to your face. The sales people make promises, get you to sign the paperwork, and then the very rude floor manager says they won't honor the deal. We had our financing set up with our credit union and our sales person agreed to make certain repairs on the car. When my husband went there to sign the buyer's order, they demanded a check or they said they wouldn't make the repairs. They also told him they wanted out of the deal because they had someone else looking at it. They are snakes and I was told they reason they changed their name from Tiger Honda to Ascension Honda is because they had so many bad reviews. I guess it won't be long before they'll be changing their name again. Check out their Better Business Bureau rating before buying at this place. More

Very dishonest dealership. Bought a used ridgeline from them. Test drive the vehicle and it seemed fine during the test drive. Had a refurbishment fee on it which I was told was what they fixed on the car to sell it. I am on my way home and the trucks transmission starts to jutter between 30-60 miles an hour. I looked through other unnoticed areas of the truck and it appears they cut corners on the detailing as there were plastic bags in compartments that should have not been there. Our salesman “Grits” has called and texted my wife weekly even though she was only there to sign the paperwork for 5 minutes. Grits never contacted me and this made my wife very I comfortable. I do not trust them and I will not be going back for another vehicle or service at this dealership. More
