Deceptive!!! Scam Artists!!! Rip off!!! I had an extremely disappointing experience with this Ascension HONDA dealership's service department. I came in for nothing more than a routine oil change, but shortly afterward I was presented (Chelsea -Service advisor) with a long list of "urgent safety concerns" that supposedly required immediate repairs totaling nearly $4,000–$5,000. We bought this vehicle from this HONDA dealership and after consultation allowed work based on priority, still paying close to $4,000. Next time, I choose another HONDA dealership for oil change and they also recommended same services. To my surprise, several of the recommended repairs were either not considered immediately necessary or were quoted at roughly one-third of the price that I paid last time to Ascension HONDA. That raised serious questions about the accuracy and fairness of the original recommendations and pricing by Ascension HONDA service department. The experience left me feeling pressured and misled. Using routine maintenance appointments to convince customers that expensive repairs are urgent—without providing sufficient evidence or competitive pricing—is not the level of professionalism or integrity I expect from a dealership service department. I strongly encourage anyone bringing their vehicle here for service to get a second opinion before authorizing major repairs or AVOID this dealership at the first place. It could save you thousands of dollars. Based on my experience, I have lost confidence in this service center and will be taking my business elsewhere. More

I will NEVER use your service department again! ! Took car in to get a new key made (broken fob) Went in on 15th, discovered they had to order part. brought it in on the 16that approx. 8:30-9:00. ! Explanation, had to wait for the computer to program the FOB. For this I was charged$268.17 total $90.00 labor-cut key and program $138.77 for parts $9.00 Shop supplies $22.59 TAX $260.36 Total on the invoice BUT WAIT $a $7.81 "FEE" ADDED on the receipt at checkout. I guess because I dared to use a debit card. $268.17 TOTAL SO NO, i will not be back for service or PURCHASE!! More
