I will NEVER use your service department again! ! Took car in to get a new key made (broken fob) Went in on 15th, discovered they had to order part. brought it in on the 16that approx. 8:30-9:00. ! Took car in to get a new key made (broken fob) Went in on 15th, discovered they had to order part. brought it in on the 16that approx. 8:30-9:00. FINALLY got new key and car back at 11:00. Explanation, had to wait for the computer to program the FOB. For this I was charged$268.17 total $90.00 labor-cut key and program $138.77 for parts $9.00 Shop supplies $22.59 TAX $260.36 Total on the invoice BUT WAIT $a $7.81 "FEE" ADDED on the receipt at checkout. I guess because I dared to use a debit card. $268.17 TOTAL SO NO, i will not be back for service or PURCHASE!! More
