just now-EditPoor, Poor, Poor service. Not dependable at just now-Edit Poor, Poor, Poor service. Not dependable at ALL. A part was supposed to be order for my 2013 Honda Accord since May 2020. I was told t just now-Edit Poor, Poor, Poor service. Not dependable at ALL. A part was supposed to be order for my 2013 Honda Accord since May 2020. I was told the part would be in August 2020 or if not before. (B/c SUPPOSEDLY it was on back-order and because of COVID 19 it would be a delay.) OK I brought that lie. Never once heard from anyone in the service dept. with updates on the part. I called one day last month to get an update of course the guy was saying the same thing the part not in yet. Pulled up there last Thursday now all of a sudden he going to tell me he didn't tell me the part will be in August or if not before. Now he told me maybe November. Really???? (6 months for a part) And then the guy (service Advisor) was so RUDE! Just walked off like he was mad. Spoke to the new service manager who was suppose to contact my by Tuesday of this week. Of course never got back in touch with me. Been calling and leaving messages still no call. Bad business! I'm not happy More

Car started giving problems weeks after I purchased car.. kept calling tiger honda.. no help. Warranty doesn't cover hardly anything. Was lied about warranty. After 8 months and constantly calling with complaints was told to bring my car in to trade it in. But after all that was told my car is worth only 2000-after only 8 month's after purchase. More
This dealership is crooked. Do not buy from them. Agreed to price on a vehicle with salesman. Then finance dept buried $500 extra on top of purchase price. I have been unable to get a credit, although I wa to price on a vehicle with salesman. Then finance dept buried $500 extra on top of purchase price. Hidden Fees - Read allI have thought whether or not I Hidden Fees - Read all I have thought whether or not I wanted to post a review at all, but I think that my experience should be documented so that Hidden Fees - Read all I have thought whether or not I wanted to post a review at all, but I think that my experience should be documented so that other buyers can be aware of their sales tactics. I was charged what they termed a “reconditioning fee”or “accessory fee”. This is basically them recouping the cost they put into the car for putting oil in it, cleaning it, putting tires or whatever is necessary to get the car in “condition” to put on the lot. Now, most dealerships don’t do this or have already put this cost into the sticker price of the car. I have bought many cars and can safely say that this is the first time I have ever experienced this. This was presented to me at the end after my salesperson, “Mr Izzy” went to his manager, I believe his name was Joe, and asked for the normal discount on the car. The car was listed at $6500. I assumed this number would come down close to $6000, which is still a fair price, plus tax, title, and license. When he presented his price, it was $6250, plus $897 for the accessory fee, PLUS taxes, title, and license of $1140.54. This adds up to a grand total of $8537.54 for a 2013 Kia Soul. This was presented to me very abruptly at the closing table. No accessory fee or reconditioning fee was ever mentioned. My salesperson also knew that I was working with a $6000 budget to get a car for my daughter, who had just graduated from high school. Honestly, if I had not shopped so extensively for a used car, I was angry enough to walk out and not purchase it, but I was tired of shopping and wanted to make a deal. In the end, we paid $250 of their accessory fees and purchased TTL separately. They also charged a doc fee of $199 and $4 for temp tag, which is normal. In order to get this accomplished, we had to get upset and the sales manager, Joe, had to close the deal. My husband was very angry. I was angry, and honestly it was the worst experience I have ever had in purchasing a car. It ruined my night. We should have been happy coming home and presenting a new car to my daughter, instead we just kept rehashing what had just happened. It’s also important to note that when my husband asked for a breakdown of the accessory fees or reconditioning fee, no specific breakdown of cost was given to us for that particular car. They came back with a sheet that defined what an accessory fee could be - a list of oil changes to fluids etc. He also mentioned when asked about this fee on the sticker, that “they were having problems with their stickers” for their cars.
