It started with extremely detailed and comprehensive correspondence via email with our salesman Steven Reese. He was honest and upfront from the very beginning. After finding three potential vehicles and receiving feedback about a trade in I agreed to visit the dealership. Facilities were first rate and I was politely greeted upon arrival. Steven was polite and allowed me to inspect and test drive the vehicles I was interested in. After test driving I was given pricing without high pressure sales techniques. I did not make the purchase at my initial visit but after Steven followed up about an hour after we left we came to an agreement. Steven and Tyler Astorg (sales manager) were fair and tried very hard to earn my business. The finance manager, Rusty, worked efficiently and I was able to complete all necessary paperwork within 10 minutes. I am very happy with the vehicle and will definitely visit Astorg of Charleston first when I'm ready to trade again. Highly recommend! More
