Out of control marketing. The marketing department is out of control. I got rid of my Civic Hybrid - oh, about 5 years ago and I still get offers to trade it in. To stop it, I've called their service desk, and the General Sales Manager, Kevin Cregg. I've written to Honda of America. Nothing works. At one point, someone told me they buy information from the credit reporting agencies to see what that last make of car someone financed in a geographic area. Since the last car I financed was a Honda, they assume that I still have it. In any event, unless you want to be stalked for the rest of your life, avoid this dealership. More
