I was referred to Atamian by a friend. I was greeted by Darryl on the showroom floor and felt at ease immediately. Once I had decide to purchase a Honda, both Jerry and Darryl presented financial options for me to consider for different models. I asked for an explanation of the financial model and variables - and they were happy to walk through it with me. Upon pickup, Darryl greeted me and took me through an extensive review of the detailed operation of the car. He even went as far as to hook up my iPHONE, program the radio and show me some of the features that I was not aware of. He also took me over to the service desk and introduced me to that team. This was a fantastic experience - I'm thrilled with the product and would highly recommend this dealership and Darryl, Jerry and Bill. More

We arrived at the dealership last night around 8:15, we had already spoken to a salesman on the phone to make sure they had a price that we were willing to pay. That helped out a lot because we would not need to spend extra time talking about that. It was a very simple process; they were not pushy, and they answered all of our questions. We basically showed up, picked out the car, and everything else got done fairly quickly. Even when we had to wait for all the finance components to be completed, our salesman stayed with us and we had a very nice conversation, making the time go by faster. The people there are very friendly, they do not aim to trick you, and they genuinely want you to enjoy your experience. They truly disprove the sleazy salesman stereotype, which from experience, there are many of, especially at the Nissan dealership in Quincy. We will definitely be going back for future cars. More

The sales team and specifically our Sales Rep Edwin Marte are second to none. We have always been taken care of immediately, with courteous and respect. The small things is what we notice, addressing us as Sir and Ma'am, holding doors open. We always feel very welcome and accommodated. I highly recommend Edwin to my family and friends whenever they are in the market for a new vehicle. He called the Honda distributor to get a highly specific answer about a piece of equipment on the car. That kind of dedication, to go the distance to see the customer satisfied was the hallmark of my experience at Atamian. My salesman, Dan, was super friendly and genuinely interested in helping me find the car with the features I wanted at a price I could afford. He knew most everything about the car and even offered to help me set stations on the radio and a Bluetooth connection between the car and my phone. Ben Atamian checked in on the transaction, thanking me for my interest and time on the lot. Upon my purchase several of the sales people warmly congratulated me. It was easy to see that each individual customer's satisfaction matters to the entire team at Atamian. I love my new car and the experience at the dealership is a big part of my satisfaction. After looking around online at different Honda dealerships close to my area, I came across Atamian Honda because of the distance, but most importantly price ranges of the available Honda Civics. I was able to find a car that was suitable in the short amount of time I had because I really needed a car for school and work. Customer service was ok. Some of the other salespeople seem very condescending and like the saying goes "If you don't have anything nice to say, then don't say anything at all." I overheard some of the salespeople specifically saying that my family and I didn't look "happy" about purchasing a car. Quick to judge, aren't we? They read our body language completely wrong. It's not that we were unhappy, but just unhappy about the wait. It's not our first time buying a car and maybe they were expecting a more animated reaction. The wait was awful and we can only be as patient for so long. It seemed like we were just left there to wait without timely updates and it seemed like they loved to multi-task because making sales seemed to be the number one priority and I can understand, but I guess customer service seems unimportant. Bare minimum customer interaction was provided because I guess our "sale was done" and they were quick to move on. If you're looking for affordable and good quality vehicles, Atamian Honda would be a good place. Customer service and customer interaction could be approved. My experience wasn't the best, but at least I was able to purchase a car, the ultimate goal. More

My parents, sister, boyfriend, and I went to Atamian to go look for a used car as an early birthday present for me. My salesperson was Cee. When I got to Atamian my mind was set on the 2010 CRV. I didn't like them. I wanted the 2010 CRV. So Cee let me test drive the 2010 CRV and the 2012 CRV. They were both awesome cars, but was not very satisfied. Cee took us inside to talk. Cee took my information down and as I was sitting there, my dad and boyfriend walked out the side door. They were looking at a white car and they called me outside. It was a white 2013 Honda Accord Sport. I fell in love with it and I fell deeper in love with it after I looked inside and saw the interior. It was beautiful! I told my parents I wanted the Accord and that it was beautiful and perfect. It was the only car I wanted out of all the cars on the lot. I asked my parents and they said yes. Cee told me that the Accord Sport would be a better fit for me than the CRV. And he was right. Cee told me the features that came with car and it was breath taking. Cee took me over to where all the other accords were and they were beautiful, but my mind was set on the Sport Edition. So Cee asked me what color car I wanted and I said I wanted the Gray on Black Honda Accord Sport. Cee said he would check to see if they have it in the lot. And they did! He drove it up to me and let me test drive it around the lot. It was smooth and amazing! I really wanted that car. So Cee took us inside to talk about the car and the payments per month. At first the payment was too high. Cee kept going back and forth to his sales manager trying to find an affordable payment price and we also negotiated on the price of the car. the car was $25k. Cee kept calling and going back and forth to his sales manager to agree on the price of the vehicle. None of the prices were agreed upon. So my boyfriend asked how about $23,900? Cee said he will call his sales manager so he wouldn't have to go back and forth. Cee called his sales manager and said "let's make this easier for all of us, how about $23,900?" Cee was talking to his manager on the phone said "okay" and hung the phone up. Cee got up out of his chair and said "Congratulations it's yours!" I was so happy and excited! My very first car! I give Atamian and Cee all 5s because all the salesperson there were all so friendly. And Cee helped me get the car I wanted. He's the best! He helped me get the most perfect car for the perfect price! I am so happy with the Accord. It's my dream come true! Thank you Cee for helping me get this car! Without your help, I wouldn't have gotten this most perfect car! WE will go back to Atamian for more cars!!! More
